Shoes Size Guide & Chart

HOW TO MEASURE

In order to select the correct shoe size, we recommend you measure your feet using the following guidelines.

Stand up straight on a flat surface with your heel against a wall. If necessary, ask someone else to help you take the measurements.

Measure from the base of your heel, keeping it pressed against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe.

Always measure both feet and use your longest foot as your benchmark.

Product Care

Footwear Care Guide

  • Regular Cleaning:
    • Begin by removing any loose dirt or debris from your high-end outdoor shoes using a soft brush or a damp cloth. This prevents the buildup of grime and maintains the material's integrity.
  • Gentle Washing:
    • For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap or specialized footwear cleaner. Dilute it in water and apply it with a soft brush or cloth. Gently scrub the surface, paying attention to seams and hard-to-reach areas. Avoid submerging the shoes entirely.
  • Drying:
    • After cleaning, allow your shoes to air dry naturally. Avoid exposing them to direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can damage the materials. Stuff the shoes with newspaper to help maintain their shape and absorb excess moisture.
  • Waterproofing:
    • For water-resistant or waterproof shoes, regularly apply a suitable waterproofing spray or wax to maintain their protective layer. This step is crucial for preserving the performance features of your outdoor footwear.
  • Leather Conditioning:
    • If your high-end outdoor shoes are made of leather, use a leather conditioner to keep the material supple and prevent it from drying out or cracking. Apply the conditioner with a clean cloth and follow the product's instructions.
  • Insole Care:
    • Remove and clean the insoles separately. You can hand wash them with mild soap or replace them if necessary. This helps maintain a hygienic environment inside the shoes.
  • Storage:
    • Store your high-end outdoor shoes in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving them in damp or humid conditions, as this can lead to mold and mildew.
